5 spacious and well appointed staterooms each with en-suite dry bathrooms and separate stall showers. Toilets are all electric and have single press flush cycle. Headroom in cabins and saloon is just over 6’ 8”. Yacht has quiet central A/C for guest comfort and each stateroom has individual A/C controls.

Jacob is an adventurous soul who has spent the last 10 years sailing and traveling around the world. After graduating from the University of Scranton with a degree in Finance, Jacob decided to change career paths and joined a sailboat on a 4000NM journey traveling from Hawaii to Fiji. This trip led to Jacob getting his captains license, organizing offshore sailing rallies, and dedicating his time to exploring the coasts of the Caribbean and Europe. Jacob has a deep passion for exploration and sailing and loves to share the experiences with his charter guests. He currently resides half the year in Italy, and half the year in the USA.
I'm Nesteor Ouranitsas, sommelier, barman, and chef. I started cooking on the line in various restaurants in New York including The Main Maide Inn, and the Woodlands Country Club. I then was accepted into the Culinary Institute of America, Napa Valley rated number one in the United States. There, I learned classic cooking and became a certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. During my studies at the CIA I did special events cooking as well as private cheffing. After graduation I worked privately as a chef/sommelier in Mallorca, Greece, Malta, Spain, and in New York city where I currently reside. I'm skilled in Global cuisine, Global wine knowledge, and can mix fantastic cocktails!
